Story Health is an exciting new startup transforming healthcare through virtualization of patient and clinician experiences. Story Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to join our team. Our Clinical Manager will oversee a team of RN and LPN/LVN Health Coaches.
This is a remote role reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new hires to the Health Coach team
- Responsible for team performance against clinical quality and operational metrics
- Oversee workforce planning in collaboration with Head of Clinical Operations
- Develop clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate across departments to design and implement programs to support clinical care
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support enhancements to Story Health digital health platforms
- Support Customer Success team in client engagement, including:some text
- New customer launch
- Ongoing customer needs related to clinical care
Key Qualifications
- Current active Registered Nurse license in a compact state
- 5+ years clinical experience in a specialty practice or acute care setting
- 2+ years experience in a management/leadership role
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Comfortable utilizing data to understand team and individual performance
- Strong customer service skills, with ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
- Able to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing team environment
- Passion for implementing technology to improve healthcare and able to quickly learn and use new software and tools
- High-speed home internet access
- Quiet home office space, free of distractions
Nice to Have
- Prior start up or digital health experience
- Cardiology experience
- Experience leading teams in a remote work environment
Starting salary range for this role is $95,000.
